TERMS AND CONDITIONS
GENERAL TERMS
  • All benefits related to sponsorship and exhibitor packages are outlined in detail in the Proposal.
  • Participating parties must comply with the guidelines set by the organizer to ensure safety and smooth operations during the exhibition, including operational procedures, safety protocols, display and branding requirements, marketing regulations, noise and disturbance policies, hours of operation, cleanliness and maintenance standards, security protocols, and any other relevant policies issued by the organizer.
  • All costs are listed in MNT, shown with their equivalent in USD, and are exclusive of any applicable Value Added Tax (VAT).
ORDER CONFIRMATION & PAYMENT
  • Upon confirming participation via email, Lyon Partner Alliance Co., Ltd will issue an invoice for the selected package.
  • The invoice serves as the formal order confirmation for payment.
  • Payments must be made within three (3) working days from the invoice issuance date.
CANCELLATION POLICY
  • Once the application form has been signed and submitted, or confirmation has been provided via email, the company agrees to pay the full amount.
  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing and are subject to the following refund policy:
Time before exhibition - 60 days or more / 80% of total amount (Refund)
Time before exhibition - 60-30 days / 30% of total amount (Refund)
Time before exhibition - 30 days or less / No refund
  • In the event of force majeure circumstances, the exhibition may be postponed. If rescheduled, it will be held at the earliest feasible opportunity.
  • If the event is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, Lyon Partner Alliance Co., Ltd agrees to provide a full refund to the participating company.
